Highlights

  • Developed a Python test framework for VFD parameter sweeps, real-time telemetry, and pass/fail evaluation, reducing manual test execution by about 40%.
  • Measured voltage and current waveforms, rise time, overshoot, and PWM duty-cycle accuracy during repeatable board-level tests.
  • Traced schematics and Modbus/TCP and EtherNet/IP behavior during prototype bring-up and hardware/firmware root-cause analysis.
